Simply lift the tab locking the strap adjustments in place, pull the tab down and then pull the Quiver strap to your preferred length. Then buckle down and lock it into place!

To give the Quiver gym bag the same TLC you give to your own body during sports, we recommend cleaning the Quiver with a quick wipe down with baby wipes or wet wipes to clean up the marks left on your bag. Scrub the dirtied are with the wipe and let it air dry. Alternatively, you can wipe it down with warm water and a bit of detergent, to remove stains and smudges. Rinse with a wet cloth and let it air dry.

When changing from work shoes to running shoes or trainers, your Quiver is bound to collect dirt. The easiest way to deal with the dirt is to empty your bag and shake it outside to remove any dirt. But that doesn't clean out everything from the corners and edges. To deal with stubborn particles, give the inside of the bag a thorough swipe with a damp cloth, or lint roller, focusing on the seams and the corners of the bag. The stickiness of the roller will pick up and dislodge and dirt left and remove crumbs from the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
