Our standard shipping options are UPS, FedEx, Aramex, and DPEX for international orders and other various carriers depending on the destination country for international orders.
All orders are shipped from Singapore and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

What is the estimated shipping time?
We will send your order from our warehouse in Singapore. It usually takes us 1 to 3 business days to get your order ready and shipped.
The delivery time will vary between 3 to 10 business days depending on how far away you are from Singapore and which country you're in.
Is there additional charges for international shipping?
When shipping internationally, there may be extra fees like duties and taxes that you need to pay when you receive your order.
These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are charged by your country's government. You should contact your local postal service or customs office to know how much you will have to pay in these fees before placing your order.

Product Care and Maintenance
How can I clean my product?
We recommend cleaning our bags with a quick wipe down with baby wipes or wet wipes to clean up the marks. Scrub the area with the wipe and let it air dry. Alternatively, you can wipe it down with warm water and a bit of detergent, to remove stains and smudges. Rinse with a wet cloth and let it air dry.
How do I remove dirt from inside my bag?
When changing from work shoes to running shoes or trainers, your bag is bound to collect dirt. The easiest way to deal with the dirt is to empty your bag and shake it outside to remove any dirt. But that doesn't clean out everything from the corners and edges.
To deal with stubborn particles, give the inside of the bag a thorough swipe with a damp cloth, or lint roller, focusing on the seams and the corners of the bag. The stickiness of the roller will pick up and dislodge and dirt left and remove crumbs from the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
Are the bags washable?
We do not recommend washing, but you may give the gym bag the same TLC you give to your own body during sports! We recommend cleaning with a quick wipe down with baby wipes or wet wipes to clean up the marks left on your bag.

Is there warranty for Bold products I purchased?
Our commitment to excellence in products and great customer care is why we promise a 3-year warranty for our products against any manufacturing defects. Warranty is automatically registered for purchases on our official website. If you bought your Bold product from any of our authorised resellers, refer to our product tag for instructions to get started.
Please keep in mind that you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Our lifetime warranty applies to full-priced products purchased directly from thebold.co or from an authorised reseller listed on our website, with proof of purchase. Please not that this warranty does not cover markdown, free gifts, or clearance items.

What specific issues does your warranty help to cover?
Our warranty policy provides coverage for the following issues
- Broken Zipper Tape
- Broken Zipper Puller
- Broken Buckle
- Broken Seam or Stitching
- Incorrect Seam Allowance
- Detached carry handle, shoulder strap, or webbing from the seams.
Returns and Exchanges
What if I wished to return/exchange my purchase?
In case you changed your mind about your purchase, we're happy to assist you with an exchange or refund if you get in touch with us at iwant@thebold.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
All items must be returned in original condition and are in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
