When you get a bag from us, there are two things we can guarantee you; our commitment to excellence in our products and a great customer care. This is why we decided to promise a lifetime warranty of all our products, which can be double checked with our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but in the case that any of our bags falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as material and workmanship errors but not for damages caused by abuse (unreasonable use or neglect), normal wear and tear or general cosmetic wear - stray seams, scratches etc. For any manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of a product, we will either repair or replace your product with gear in the same or better condition. For any items that are out of stock, we will issue a store credit of the product pricing based on your original receipt, which will be valid for one year from date of issue.
Our warranty policy ensures to cover:
1. Broken zipper tape
2. Broken zipper puller
3. Broken buckle
4. Broken seam/ broken stitching line
5. Wrong seam allowance
6. Carry handle, shoulder strap, webbing detached from the seams
What is out of our control：
1. Any damage caused by accidents, or abrasion (e.g. transport damage)
2. Exposure to extreme temperatures, UV damage, solvents, acids, water, laundering, or bleach/ The natural breakdown of colours and materials/ water-resistance coating over extended time use
3. Normal wear and tear/ Cut or burnt marks/ Holes on appearance / Scratches
4. Mold issues or dirty marks due to bad maintenance of the product/ Improper use
5. Broken webbing (not from manufacturing)
6. Extra threads or frayed fabric
7. Printed logo damage
8. Self repair done
9. Missing parts
This warranty is available for full-priced products purchased on thebold.co or with proof of purchase from an authorised reseller listed on our website under "Stockists". Warranty does not apply to markdown, free gifts or clearance items.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the courier you have chosen provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the package is lost en route to us, we would unfortunately not be able to replace/repair your product.
