How do I know if I'm within the 100 first sign-ups?
The first email you receive will be titled "Congrats - You're in the Top 100!"
What do I get if I'm outside the 100 sign-ups?
You will still receive a $10 Gift Card that can offset any purchases on thebold.co (including the $15 personalisation charge) or in our Flagship store with no minimum spend!
Where can I use my $10 Gift Card?
You can use it online with the unique code sent to your email when you sign up or flash the code to our friendly cashier in our Flagship store offline.
How long will it take to personalise my name?
It will take 5-10 minutes per personalisation order. To minimise waiting, simply select a slot for priority queueing in the email received.
Can I still personalise my tumbler if I'm outside the first 100 sign ups?
Absolutely! You can head down to our Flagship at Clarke Quay Central, #01-39, 11am - 9pm to personalise your tumbler at $20/tumbler. You can use your $10 Gift Card here too :)
What characters can I put in my personalisation?
Anything you can find in a normal keyboard :)
What's the maximum length for my personalisation?
Max 14 characters, inclusive of spacing
