All orders will be shipped from our Singapore warehouse and most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days with a transit time between 3-10 business days, depending on your country and distance from Singapore. Our warehouse is open during standard business hours Monday - Friday and is closed during national holidays in Singapore. All orders will be shipped by premium couriers such as DPEX, DHL Express and UPS to ensure a safe and reliable delivery experience - with full tracking on your end.
PLEASE NOTE that occasionally our warehouses experience periods of high order volume and it can take up to 4 business days to process your order. Such cases are rare and we always ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates.
