It's OK to change your mind. If you purchased a product directly from thebold.co and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer returns through our customer service for all orders. Please note: any additional duties, taxes and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, in its original packaging) within 30 days (and with your original receipt) and we'll issue you a refund of the full product costs (excluding duties, taxes and delivery charges) upon receiving the item. If you want to make an exchange for a different size, our customer service will help you with your exchange order seamlessly. Orders exceeding the 30 day window, items marked as Clearance Sale or items that are customised (name embroidery) are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the courier you have chosen provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the package is lost en route to us, we would not be able to replace/repair your product.
