Our standard shipping options are UPS, FedEx, Aramex, and DPEX for international orders and other various carriers depending on the destination country for international orders.
All orders are shipped from Singapore and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
Yes, we do international shipping.
All orders that are in-stock will be processed within 1-2 working days*. For orders with pre-order items, fulfilment will be done within 3 working days from when the stocks arrives.
For orders within Singapore, delivery will take up to 2 working days.
For orders anywhere else, delivery will take up to 20 working days depending on the courier chosen.
*working days - Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Your tracking details will be included in the email sent when your order has been processed.
Do note that overseas shipments might be subjected to import taxes.
In cases where the taxes are unpaid, the customs will usually destroy the package. In such situations, BOW will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of the order. Cancelling of order and reshipment will also not be done.
Deliveries are usually done around 10am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
In the event that you're not home during the delivery, the courier will give you a call and you can instruct him/her to leave the package somewhere safe. Alternatively, you can arrange for a redelivery on a date you prefer.
Do note that for packages instructed to be left somewhere and got lost/stolen, BOW will not be responsible.
For local shipments, shipments usually take 1 to 2 working days after you have received the email with tracking details. If after 2 working days the tracking details is still not updated, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking number, and we'll assist you with it.
For overseas shipments through DHL and Singpost, the tracking link provided will usually work until the package leaves Singapore. This is because another courier will be taking over and the tracking changes. Don't worry! You can still track the shipment based on the airwaybill number through DHL and Singpost websites.
If tracking status is stagnant through the links as well, you'll have to contact your local Post Office for an updated status.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as material and workmanship errors but not for damages caused by abuse (unreasonable use or neglect), normal wear and tear or general cosmetic wear. This warranty is available for products purchased on www.bowforbold.com or with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller.
*Warranty does not include products outside of our BOW collection due to limited edition releases / one-time off selections.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. Please ensure that the courier you have chosen provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the package is lost en route to us, we would not be able to replace/repair your product.

WHEN CAN I REFUND?
Purchases made with a discount code cannot be refunded.
All sales made are final and non-refundable.
The amount refunded will be transferred back to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Do give the bank up to 14 working days to process the refund.
In the event that the amount is refunded to a cancelled card, you will have to contact the bank personally to inform them.
