Our commitment to excellence in products and great customer care is why we promise a 3-year warranty for our products against any manufacturing defects. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but in the case that any of our bags falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as material and workmanship errors but not for damages caused by abuse (unreasonable use or neglect), normal wear and tear or general cosmetic wear. This warranty is available for products purchased on www.thebold.co or with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Warranty is automatically registered for purchases on our website.

Steps to claim warranty

1. Contact iwant@thebold.co providing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number and copy of valid proof of purchase
  • Product name, model, and colorway
  • Description (When it started and photos of the defect)

2. Our customer support team will review your information and determine whether the warranty covers the issue. If so, you will be provided with further instructions.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us or drop it off at our Flagship Store. Please ensure that the courier you have chosen provides tracking and proof of delivery. If the package is lost en route to us, we would not be able to replace/repair your product.
